Thank you for using Nojima Giken's cloud services (Flexsys / Nojima Well Diagnosis System). As we take care of your important data, Akio Nojima, owner of Nojima Giken, has a few requests. This page applies in common to all services we provide.
All business and site data entered and stored in the Service (estimates, invoices, customer information, site information, diagnosis history, etc.) belongs to you, the user. We use it only to the extent necessary to operate the Service and never sell or provide it to third parties.
We use Google Cloud's redundant storage, keeping the everyday risk of data loss extremely low. However, no system can guarantee 100% preservation.
We strongly recommend regularly backing up your important data.
Upon cancellation, in accordance with our data retention policy, data is in principle deleted within 90 days of the cancellation date. Be sure to back up before cancelling.
If we terminate a service, we will notify you at least 60 days in advance and provide a period for exporting your data.
Do not reuse your password across other services, and change it regularly. If you have added users through the member invitation feature, managing those accounts is also the responsibility of the administrator (owner).
