Nojima Giken mobile workshop trailer
Mobile WorkshopBased at our garage workshop in Shinei, Sapporo, we travel to job sites across Hokkaido in our self-built mobile workshop trailer. Investigate on site, design on site, build on site — that is how Nojima Giken works.
The workshop itself goes to the site.
We loaded the functions of our garage workshop straight onto a trailer. On the road and on site, communications, power, climate control and water all run self-sufficiently.
High-speed internet via Starlink, power from solar generation, and heating and cooling for year-round work. In the mountains or in disaster areas, it keeps working as a workshop.

MessageThank you for visiting our website. Since our founding, Nojima Giken has worked out of our garage workshop in Shinei, Sapporo, guided by the principle of "sanpō yoshi" — good for the seller, good for the buyer, good for society.

Q.What area do you cover?
Handyman work is mainly in greater Sapporo; well drilling covers all of Hokkaido. Our mobile workshop trailer lets us handle remote sites without water or power, and long-term jobs. Marketing and business software are available nationwide.
Q.Are consultations and estimates free?
Yes, consultations and estimates are free. If you are considering a well, we also send a free pre-drilling geological survey report covering the recommended depth, expected water yield and expected risks for your land (as fast as 24 hours thanks to AI technology).
Q.What is the mobile workshop trailer?
It is our self-built trailer-type mobile workshop equipped with Starlink, water, a toilet, power, solar panels and a full range of tools. We can stay and work on sites without water or power, so we can take on remote and long-term jobs anywhere in Hokkaido.
